ลูกค้ายินยอมให้บริษัทสามารถนำรูปถ่ายและภาพเคลื่อนไหวไปใช้ในเชิงธุรกิจตามความเหมาะสม เช่น
Customers consent to allow the company to use photos & videos for business purposes: Website · Facebook / Instagram · Online platforms · Marketing materials & public displays
ข้อมูลภาพถ่ายและวิดีโอจะถูกจัดเก็บเป็นระยะเวลา 30 วัน และจะถูกลบหรือทำลายภายหลังจากระยะเวลาดังกล่าว
Photos and videos will be stored for 30 days, after which they will be deleted or anonymized.
ลูกค้ามีสิทธิภายใต้ PDPA ดังนี้
Rights under PDPA: Access · Rectification · Deletion / Restriction · Withdraw consent (without affecting prior lawful processing)
